Yes, we can supply free existing stock samples for quality checking. However, the freight / courier charge is to be borne by the customer (Freight Collect).For customized samples requiring new tooling or molding, both sampling fee and mold charge (if applicable) apply, and shipping is also at customer's expense.

Existing stock samples can be dispatched the same day or within 1 working day after confirmation.Custom-made samples requiring new tooling or drawing approval typically need 7–10 working days, depending on the product specification and mold requirement.

Can you make samples according to my drawing? What is the sampling fee?Yes, we can produce samples based on your technical drawing or specification.
The sampling fee depends on product complexity and whether new tooling is required. Please send us your drawing for evaluation, and we will quote accordingly. Any mold charges will be advised separately. -
Are your products RoHS, REACH and California Proposition 65 compliant?Yes, our products comply with RoHS, REACH and CA Prop 65. However, products made with Barium Ferrite magnetic powder cannot pass EN-71-3 (Toy Safety Standard). All other products meet this requirement.
